XP and games

hi all
I have a problem!
On my new comp with XP 4x4evo2 and other games work fine as long as I'm offline. when I'm online and click the game .exe my PC does a reboot. so I can play nothing online :-((
anybody has an idea what this could be?
(I already tried EndItAll)

wow rough, thats bad news bud, but certainly not worth ending it all, just re install ME, lol.
i think the american market must have a different version to the euro market, because everyone i have spoken to over here hates it, and has nothing but trouble, (my mate has EXACTLY the same problem, and has gone back to winME!!) whereas all the americans love it, and think its the greatest thing ever, or maybe they are just easily pleased, :p
there is also the school of thought. that some ppl hate to admit they have bought a somewhat less than perfect product, so put up with it and never complain, personally, i am a hell raiser, and tend to upset ppl, so i aint gonna say anymore,:D

My personal theory is MS secretly installs a subliminal messeging software, it continously repeats the mantra MS is great MS is great until the unsuspecting public begins to repeat this mantra.

Read the posts everytime a new MS O/S comes out. 'It's great, better than the last'. 'Oh that blue screen its a feature keeps your monitor from having the image burnt in'.

Yes the American public laps up the spittle of MS with the glee of a dog to vomit.

I always wear ear plugs unless I am in a game thus preventing myself from becoming another obsequient toady of MS.
